FELFEL changes the way we eat at work by offering great fresh food 24x7 at very reasonable prices, steps away from your desk. We place intelligent fridges in offices (‘the FELFEL’) and stock them with fresh meals from local chefs. Employees can grab an innovative salad, warming soup, or tasty menu and get charged directly to their credit card. We operate FELFEL fridges all across Switzerland and are expanding every week. FELFEL is also a food tech company and is currently a team of 30 people located in Zurich and Lausanne, backed by a group of Zurich, London, and Boston-based investors. Lead Generation

  • Build contact with interested companies (through the FELFEL network, your personal network and targeted marketing measures supported by the growth team)
  • Sales: Organization of on-site tastings with potential customers and leading of sales talks.
  • Together with the team you are responsible for idea generation and sales materials


Sales & installation process management

Responsible for onboarding process of new customers: administration, coordination of the internal team, organization of launch events, negotiations and setting up of the payment process etc.

Retention Management:

  • Thanks to the great cooperation of different teams at FELFEL, we have practically lost no customer, and we aim to keep it that way :-). The Corporate Partnerships team plays a key role: the strong relationships that it builds with stakeholders, along with the systematic assessment of KPIs, ensures the happiness of our customers.
  • For FELFEL, the single point of contact rule applies. You are the first point of contact for stakeholders, also for problem-solving processes.


  • Language skills: for Zürich office perfect German a must, for Lausanne office perfect French is a must. Our company language is mainly English, so you should also be fluent (written and spoken) in English.
  • Authentic love and passion for good food (and FELFEL delights ;-)) is a MUST. This is not only what keeps our team together, but also "The Secret Sauce" for a successful leads generation, pitching and relationship building with our stakeholders
  • Experience in "selling something" is a plus
  • It would be great if you have a corporate network in Switzerland or a "good nose" for which company needs a FELFEL
  • You are a team player, we reach goals only if we work together as a team
  • Someone with a good heart, lots of energy and curiosity
  • Flexible: We are a small team, responsibilities can change over time, and you should be open to support also other teams if needed
  • Mind set: "The Answer is Yes"
  • Education: Vocational Training or Bachelor / Master
  • Non smoking: FELFEL is a non-smoking company, which is why smoking is not allowed during working hours and you must never smell like smoke.
  • Driving license (car) is a MUST
